Mobile Physiotherapy Service was started to enhance the quality of life of our aging population. We provide services to residents of Montreal and the surrounding areas of Ile Perrot, Vaudreuil-Dorion, and Pincourt. We see clients in private homes and senior residences.
Our approach is to provide client-centred care by combining your goals with our experience to achieve the results you want. We are strong believers in giving our clients the tools and knowledge to support ongoing self-treatment. We work with your caregivers, family members, and health care providers to deliver the comprehensive care you or your loved one deserves.
Kristen Lillie, graduated from McGill University in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. She has since practiced in Montreal, QC, and Florida, USA. She has a love for working with older adults and has practiced in acute care, outpatient orthopedics, and longterm care. She has treated adults with orthopedic issues, neurological and cardiac conditions, and post-operative patients. She is an active member of the Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec.

Cardiac & PULMONARY
Home-based physiotherapy can help those with cardiac and lung conditions including C.O.P.D., post heart surgery, respiratory infections and more. We can educate you on the exercises and techniques you need to manage your chronic conditions.
Physiotherapy can get you back on your feet and control your pain following a musculoskeletal injury or surgery. We provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, modalities, and other techniques to treat your issues.
SEMINARS & GROUP CLASSES
We are happy to educate your residents or staff with seminars on various topics including fall prevention, arthritis, and home adaptations. We also offer group strengthening and balance classes geared towards older adults.
Home-based physiotherapy can help with neurological conditions including Parkinson’s disease, dementia, post stroke, and more. We offer neuromuscular reeducation, balance, and gait training.

We provide a fall risk assessment that will go over risk factors for falls including your environment, medications, vision, etc. A physical evaluation is performed to identify your risk for falls and any issues with your gait, balance, and strength. With this information a comprehensive fall prevention plan will be created consisting of an exercise program, community based resources, and lifestyle/environment modifications.
We offer a package for people who will be having elective joint replacement surgery. We provide a preoperative session where we will educate you on your surgery and the rehab process. We supply an exercise program that will enhance your recovery following surgery. After your surgery, physiotherapy is important to regain your mobility and strength. We can set up your follow ups before or after your surgery and offer a discounted rate. Your schedule can always be adjusted as your needs change.
We offer a package consisting of a physiotherapy evaluation and review of your health and fitness goals. With this information a personalized exercise program will be created involving strengthening, cardiovascular, balance, and flexibility exercises. We can provide you with one-one training and support on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis to keep you motivated and give you feedback. We bring the guidance and equipment needed to give you a great work out in your home environment.

Our fees include the travel time of the physiotherapist and indirect time needed to prepare receipts and exercise programs. Payment is required immediately following your visit.
With direct access to physiotherapy in Quebec, a doctor's referral is not necessary to receive evaluations and treatments. Physiotherapy services are covered by the majority of private insurance plans. Physiotherapy fees are also deductible medical expenses on your tax return. Receipts are provided within 24 hours of payment.
We accept cash, credit cards, cheque (to the order of Mobile Physiotherapy Service), and Interact E-Transfer.
